Blood test appointments can also be booked online at:

www.nelft.nhs/uk/services-wf-community-phlebotomy

The appointment system runs every 10 minutes. We always try to see patients on time, but this is not always possible. Patients who refuse their smear or child immunisation appointments need to provide a written letter, which will be forwarded onto the health authority.

Patients can phone to speak to the nurse any time she is available. For advice from a Doctor, please ring between 12.30 and 13.00.

Home Visits

If you are too ill to come to the surgery and need a doctor to visit you at home, please contact the centre as early as possible. This service is mainly for very ill, elderly or disabled patients.
