At Claremont Medical Centre, we strive to provide satisfactory care to all of our patients. However if you are not happy with the care or treatment received, you have the right to complaint and have your complaint investigated.
Most issues can be resolved with a conversation with a member of staff. If you have an issue with your care, you can discuss this with a doctor, a member of staff or the practice manager. NHS England recommends local resolution to problems and complaints before escalation.
However, if you feel this is not satisfactory, then please submit a written complaint, addressed to the practice manager, Mr Tuhinur Raza, using our secure online form or via reception.
Free NHS Advocacy Service
If you need help with the complaints process, then there is a free service for Waltham Forest residents. See the NHS Advocacy page for details.
