Patient Participation Group
We would be delighted if you would consider joining our Patient Participation Group (PPG).
What is a PPG?
A PPG is a focus group designed to gain feedback from patients regarding the service that are provided our surgery.
Members of the PPG can:
- Provide feedback for what we are doing well as a practice
- Support our practice in piloting new ideas
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the services provided
- Improve communication between patients and staff members
- Help patients take more responsibility for their health
- Offer new suggestions or ideas for development of the practice

- Gain a better understanding of the practice and how we operate
- Have a voice in the community to suggest positive ideas for change and improvement
- Increase awareness of how to improve patient healthcare
